Covid has changed the running of the business & as a result, work outside of RC is a regular part of the week now. This means that where we once posted out orders every day, this is no longer an option due to other work commitments.
Please be aware, we will normally carry out three Postal runs a week. Those three postal runs are completely random and are purely based around our other commitments.
We apologise for inconveniences caused to those of you that need parts next day.
If you order part(s) & neglect to read this, then decide you want a refund after realising we are not currently shipping in the normal manner, or you mis-order an item, then we will refund you, but you WILL LOSE the PAYPAL FEE that we get charged. Paypal do not refund these to the us. (Please see Paypal t&c's for confirmation).
All returns will have the Paypal Fee deducted & Shipping costs are down to the customer, unless it is our mistake.
