By accessing this website you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this website. The www.silverbackrcproducts.com website is provided solely for your personal use. You may not use any part of this website for any commercial purpose without the express permission of the company owner. References in these Terms and Conditions to "we", "us", “our” and "Silverback RC" are to Silverback RC Products, Units 105-106, Liscombe, Birch Hill, Bracknell, Berkshire, RG12 7DE, United Kingdom.
Every care has been taken to ensure that the photographic representation, description and specification of each product is accurate. However, where reproduction of colours is a close representation, a slight variation in the actual goods may occur. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise. Before you place an order you should read these terms and conditions carefully as they contain important information about your order.By submitting an order to us through our website, you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct, and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full. By placing an order you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing details.
Visitors under the age of 18 should not register with this website or submit any information to us.
Acceptance of your Order
You can place an order in one of three ways. Either online at www.silverbackrcproducts.com or using the Silverback RC Mobicart application on your mobile device. You may also order directly from a point of sale (if applicable) at any R/C event where we are in attendance
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
1. The product you ordered being out of stock - see Product Availability
2. Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
3. The identification of a pricing or product description error
4. Failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in the Terms and Conditions
Shortly after you have placed an order with us by pressing the 'Place Order Button' an email will be sent to you acknowledging the exact details of your order. This email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Silverback RC. Should you not receive an acknowledgment within 5 days, please contact us initially using the form on our website.
Acceptance of an order placed by you online and the completion of the contract between you and Silverback RC will take place when your order is dispatched, unless you have cancelled the order in accordance with the Order Cancellation instructions set out below.
If you wish to cancel your order placed online, please contact us using the online form on our website.
It may not always be possible to stop an order from being dispatched, as we endeavour to process orders immediately. If your order has already been dispatched please return the order following the instructions contained within the parcel. Please note that your right to return goods does not apply to certain products. Further details are set out in our Returns Policy below.
The Returns Policy is for goods purchased on the website www.silverbackrcproducts.com or using the Silverback RC Mobicart application.
Unwanted goods may be returned for a refund. Please return them in their original condition, unused (with their original packaging) within 14 days of receipt of your goods using the Returns Form available for download from our website. A restocking fee of 25% of the item value is applicable for unwanted goods and this value will be deducted from any refunds.
Please ensure you return the goods to us in their original packaging. Although your statutory rights as a consumer will not be affected, the goods are second hand without the packaging and we may not therefore be able to exchange them voluntarily. You may carefully take the goods out of the packaging to try them out, but don't throw it away and please return it with your goods. For computer and electronic products the original manufacturers packaging is part of the goods, so please retain it for at least 28 days in case you wish to return them for any reason.
Refunds will be made for the original purchase amount against the original form of tender. Postage or other return costs will be the customer's responsibility except in the case of incorrectly supplied or 'damaged in transit' goods.
When returning goods on which you have received a discount or special offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold and the refund will be adjusted accordingly. Additionally any free or other promotional gift despatched with any order must also be returned if you are returning any goods.
None of the above terms affect your statutory rights or your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations when goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied. In the unlikely event of this being the case please contact us so that we may arrange collection.
Should you need to return any item purchased from the Silverback RC Mobicart application or from www.silverbackrcproducts.com a returns form should be downloaded their website and filled in fully. This form must accompany the goods being returned.

If you would like to discuss the return of any item, or have any further questions about our returns policy please contact us using the the form on our website.
We only accept payment for orders in Pounds Sterling (£ , GBP).
We accept payment through our website & Mobicart application through PayPal. Cash transactions may be accepted at R/C events where applicable.
All prices shown on the website are in £ sterling and are inclusive of VAT, where applicable. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time.
UK VAT will be automatically deducted (where applicable) from merchandise dispatched to non-EU countries. The deduction will be made before payment is collected. VAT is only charged on merchandise, so no deduction will be given to postage in these instances.
Although we try to ensure all our prices displayed on our website are 100% accurate, errors may sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we may treat your order in respect of the incorrectly priced item as cancelled.
Silverback RC endeavours to ensure that all merchandise offered on our website is available at the same price as that found at our 'event' store. However, from time to time we may offer additional discounts for purchases online from www.silverbackrcproducts.com that do not apply in these 'event' stores or vice versa.
Product Availability / Information
Silverback RC features products on their website that have been carefully manufactured by ourselves or produced by other reputable companies to offer you the optimum performance parts for your RC cars. Once an item is sold out it will display as 'out of stock' on the website and very rarely may not become available again for a considerable time. We shall endeavour to hold as many products as possible in our shop.
Prices of products may change from time to time. If items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address or telephone number you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to an email we send to you, we will cancel the part of your order that is unavailable or incorrectly priced, and will continue to process the remaining items on your order (where applicable).
All items are subject to availability. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, it is necessary to substitute an item, the item will be of equal or greater value than that which it replaces and substitutions will only be made with your prior consent. If a replacement item is of greater value you may be liable to pay for the difference in values.
Please note that the below delivery information applies only to orders placed online through www.silverbackrcproducts.com or through the Silverback RC Mobicart application.
Please note Silverback RC cannot guarantee specific delivery dates so please allow up to 15 working days for delivery within UK and 28 working days for European and Worldwide delivery options. This is subject to goods being in stock, payment authorisation received. We are unfortunately unable to guarantee delivery earlier than this time frame. Customs delays may also contribute to goods being received beyond the timeframe stated above.
For orders placed before 14.00hrs GMT/BST (whichever is applicable at the time of ordering) Silverback RC shall endeavour to have your goods despatched the same working day. Orders placed after this time or at weekends we shall endeavour to have your goods despatched the next working day except where Silverback RC may be trading at an 'event'. All timings are subject to successful payment authorisation and the goods being in stock.
European and Worldwide Delivery
We reserve the right to withdraw European and Worldwide delivery at anytime without notice.
We cannot be held accountable for delays in customs clearance.
Delivery charges for all exported items are based on calculated volumetric weight and delivery destination and will be quoted during the checkout process. There may be additional fees required prior to your order being processed. Notification of these charges will be sent to your email address included with your order for you to accept or decline. Declination of the additional charges will void the order and any monies previously paid will be refunded in full. Any overcharge on the initial calculated volumetric weight estimate will also be refunded if necessary.
Silverback RC cannot be held responsible should your local customs authorities wish to confiscate any particular item contained within your order, or charge any import duty on such items. The recipient is wholly responsible for paying any charges incurred.
Message Card and Gift Wrapping
Unfortunately we do not currently offer a message card or gift wrapping service for any orders.
